So True? So False? Is Emma Watson Really Dating Wallflower Costar Johnny Simmons?!

ell, this would certainly qualify as one of The Perks of Being a Wallflower. But is it true?
Just days after Emma Watson told Vogue that her love life was currently nonexistent, the Harry Potter superstar was spotted strolling through a Pittsburgh park with her latest costar, Johnny Simmons. And since everyone knows you can't be hot, young, famous and adjacent to a member of the opposite sex without being automatically romantically linked, that's exactly what happened.




But there's no smoke without fire, and sources were quick to come out of the woodwork, claiming that the duo were not only dating, but that Watson had "really fallen for" Simmons and that the loved-up duo was considering moving in together in Los Angeles.
But is it true? Has Johnny really cast a spell over Emma's heart? This rumor is…

According to Emma's rep, these costars are keeping it strictly business.
"This is completely untrue and we have no idea where these rumors have stemmed from," her rep said today.
The 21-year-old Watson and the 24-year-old Simmons are friendly and obviously spent some of their free time together, but this is a platonic relationship.
And as for those rumors that Watson is considering a move to L.A.? Nice try. After her brief stint at Brown, the actress is moving back to the U.K. full time, and is expected to finish out her schooling at Oxford University. Which, for those really bad at geography, is nowhere near Southern California.

Emma Watson and Mark Demsteader

We have a new photo of Emma posing with Mark Demsteader, the British artist who created a series of portraits for the “Emma” collection, 34 works in charcoal and gouache, ink, and oils. The collection is now on exhibit at the Panter & Hall Gallery on Bury Street in London through July 1. Items are available for purchase now through their website, with 10% of the proceeds donated to “Emma’s charity of choice, CAMFED International. There are only 6 still available.

Final Trailer for Deathly Hallows

Warner Bros. has released the final trailer for Deathly Hallows: Part 2, and indeed the final trailer for Harry Potter. 

There are a number of new scenes, but for those who don’t want any more spoilers, I’ll keep silent. And those who do, can watch the video.

It All Ends

The end is coming soon. The last images will fade, the credits will roll, and the screen will go dark. David Yates spoke about filming the last scene with Emma, Dan and Rupert and I think it really fits the mood that many of us our feeling. Soon we will “reflect on everything that’s happened”, and Harry Potter will just be a memory.

She also reveals a rather unusual birthday gift she asked for. There have been a lot of comments of how different she looks, and Emma agrees, “I walked over to the monitor and I’ve never seen myself look like this before. It was like “Who’s that girl? Who is that, with the lips?” It’s a great video and I think you’ll enjoy it.

Lancôme has released a video of the Trésor Midnight Rose party honouring Emma Watson held back in May. Hundreds of guests attended the party in Paris and we see Emma arriving at the party, making her entrance, dancing to the music and having a good time.

Emma Watson attended the 2011 MTV Movie Awards today. She was nominated for Best Female Performance, Best Kiss (with Dan) and Best Fight (with Dan and Rupert against the deatheaters) but sadly the only award to a Harry Potter star went to Tom Felton for Best Villain. Congratulations Tom!
